It is common knowledge that left-hand and right-hand turns amount for a significant number of collisions and fatalities with vulnerable road users (VRUs). Eliminating side blind spots through camera coverage, will increase driver awareness and reduce incidents.

Similarly, the front and back of large vehicles are considered “No Zones” for a reason. With no direct vision, drivers rely on camera technology to “see” what is directly in front or behind the vehicle. The blind spot system provides the driver with prompt alerts should it detect an object.

How our blind spot detection works

Constant recording & accurate analysis of footage: Our blind spot cameras constantly record and analyse footage of the surroundings of the vehicle.
Audible and visual alarms inside and outside the vehicle: Once a vulnerable road user is detected in the blind spot areas, a simultaneous audible and visual alarm is given to both driver and VRU in order to avoid collision.
HD Recording Optional: Possible integration with a DVR system for enhanced options.
